Organizing information and creating a place for transmitting philosophy at a startup in the transitional period where services tend to be ahead

Noteworthly domestic Fintech start-up, Crowd Realty, had a problem in its website; it was difficult for end users to understand the information structure since the service’s and corporate’s information provided on the main flow were mixed together. Accordingly, we re-sorted the information required for both the service’s and corporate’s website, organized the overall structure of the web measures, and launched a new corporate site.

Creating a brand foundation

We have created the first corporate’s website for Crowd Realty. In addition to organizing the superficial content which is necessary for website’s creation, we also contributed to define the company's philosophy by creating a draft of slogan while closely conducting meetings. The task of clarifying Mission, Vision, and Value in order to create an identity as a company was not just a matter of creating the content to deliver, but an opportunity to solidify sustainable growth for the start-up.

Information organization = Importance of editing

As you can see in this example, startups tend to mix up information. Although this phenomenon is inevitable for the period when speed is required, it is also necessary to have the “time“ to think about how customers view the company. Startups are also required to show what kind of people provide the service for stakeholders and users.
