Resolving a task of inbound marketing

Hoshino Resorts running hotel business globally is one of the most popular ryokans and hotels in Japan where many tourists from abroad visits. It used to have few reservations via its own website and had needs to enhance continuous communication with clients directly. We, N PLUS, participated in the revise of the whole strategy and not only proposed new strategy and tactics, but also executed inbound marketing and established CRM (customer relationship management) policy. As a result, the ratio of the direct reservation via its own website increased to 30%.

Creating an appropriate structure of CRM by improving the content of website and system

In addition to the renewal of writing and graphics on the website for targets, we established the whole flow to achieve conversions from PR to advertisement in cooperation with global PR and web-system team at Hoshino Resorts. Besides, we created the delivery system of mail magazine as a direct communication tool with clients and optimized the reservation system. It led to the achievement in regards to the direct reservation’s ratio.

Operating digital ads globally

As a part of inbound marketing, we conducted online advertisements in multiple languages for overseas tourists. Based on the research on favorable colors in the targeted countries, ad’s creatives were designed for each country. We supported the part of digital business for the global brand and contributed its sales.
